Don’t know what to do with your leftover apples? I am a little obsessed with apple picking during the fall and tried this recipe last year! Did you know that apples have so many antioxidants? This is perfect to add for a different taste of earl grey tea!

 

Apple Black Tea Latte

A sweet treat for when you have no idea what to do with your leftover apples

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 3 tbsp earl grey tea
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Mix apples in a blender until chopped (not mashed or saucy)
  • Add earl grey tea with apple mix to water
  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Strain the tea in a separate pot
  • Add milk to the pot
  • Simmer for 5 minutes until it becomes slightly thick

Notes

You don't always have to blend or finely chop the apples but I like to get extra apple juice in my latte!
