Ingredients

Blue Dalgona Ingredients

  • 1 eggwhite
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
  • 1 cup milk

Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

  • 1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
  • 1 cup water

Butterfly Pea Flower Milk Foam

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp butterfly pea flower powder

Instructions

Create Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

  • Boil cup of water and add the tea powder to the water
  • Wait to cool

Butterfly Pea Flower Milk Foam

  • Add the tea powder to the milk and froth to create a foamy texture

Create Blue Dalgona

  • Whip the egg white using an electric mixer until it becomes a foamy texture
  • Add the sugar for a creamy texture
  • Sift in the tea powder and whisk until there are no clumps
  • Top with marshmallows
