Blue Dalgona Ingredients
- 1 eggwhite
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
- 1 cup milk
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
- 1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
- 1 cup water
Butterfly Pea Flower Milk Foam
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
Instructions
Create Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
- Boil cup of water and add the tea powder to the water
- Wait to cool
Butterfly Pea Flower Milk Foam
- Add the tea powder to the milk and froth to create a foamy texture
Create Blue Dalgona
- Whip the egg white using an electric mixer until it becomes a foamy texture
- Add the sugar for a creamy texture
- Sift in the tea powder and whisk until there are no clumps
- Top with marshmallows
