Iced Matcha Latte
If you don't want it iced, but just a hot matcha latte, skip the ice!

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Simmer your water (do not add boiling water to matcha, just simmered water)
- Add matcha powder to a small bowl and add 4 tbsp of room temperature water
- Mix matcha powder and water until thoroughly mixed (make sure there are no clumps)
- Add the simmered water to the matcha
- Add honey to matcha and mix
- Froth your milk until a foamy texture forms
- Time to put the ingredients together! Add ice to a cup
- Add foamed milk
- Add matcha in the milk
- Mix well and top with more foamed milk
- Enjoy!
